The Goods makes chilled bone broth slow cooked for many hours with apple cider vinegar to draw out flavour and nutrients. The beef comes from grass-fed, free-range cattle on Victorian pastures, and the chicken broth uses free-range poultry, both built on simple vegetables, herbs and spices. It is sold in 400ml bottles through Woolworths, Harris Farm and independent organic grocers.
