Carwari is a Sydney-based maker of certified organic sesame products and Japanese-style pantry goods, in business for around 45 years. It was the first Australian manufacturer to produce black tahini from black sesame seeds. The range includes tahini, miso paste, instant miso soup, sesame dressings and Japanese seasonings, all certified organic and made using traditional Japanese methods.
